You can delete your NBA Fantasy Edge account yourself at any time. It takes effect immediately and does not require you to contact us.
From the app
- Open the NBA Fantasy Edge app and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the My Team tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked. Your account is removed straight away.
From the website
- Sign in at nbafantasyedge.com/login/.
- Open My Team.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account, then confirm.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed from our database at the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period and no soft delete:
- Your account record, including your email address and name
- Your password
- Any connected Sleeper, ESPN or Yahoo league links, and the roster snapshots saved with them
- Sign-in tokens on every device, so you are signed out everywhere
- Push notification tokens, so alerts stop
- Any Discord webhook you configured for weekly rankings
- Comments you posted on the site
- Your email address on our newsletter list, if it is there
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records. If you bought a Season Pass or a subscription, our payment processor keeps the transaction record for the period required by tax and accounting law. We do not store your card details at any point.
- Server logs. Routine web server logs may contain an IP address for a short period as part of normal operation and abuse prevention. They are not linked back to a deleted account.
We do not keep a copy of your roster, your league connections or your email address after deletion.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot use the steps above, email support@nbafantasyedge.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm it is your account before removing anything.
